		<description>I would suggest you refine your arguments and keep refuting him.  If your points are justifiable you&#039;ll eventually either win him over or make him look like such an ass that the entire class will get behind you.</description>

		<description>Of course the student was justified. A blatant disregard for authority is one of the best things a citizen can have. I wish more students were brave enough to argue for what they know is right. The attitude of this teacher makes me sick.</description>
